Anytime an individual, group, association, organization, movement, or political entity, wishes to destroy the constitution of the greatest country in the history of the world, it attempts to do so by chipping away at the very foundation...piece by piece, by creating a danger, or an illusion of a danger, that is so grave, so severe and so extreme, that unorthodox and unparalleled measures must be adapted to "ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC".
Did you know that kidnapping was practiced in the U.S. in the 70's and 80's without any legal consequences? A growing "movement" began in the early 70's that involved kidnapping for hire. This "movement" called "de-programming" involved kidnapping as well as false imprisonment, torture, conspiracy, to name a few of the illegal practices of the "profession", for personal enrichment of the kidnappers. How could this happen? "By creating a danger, (cult) or an illusion of a danger, (brainwashed) that is so grave, so severe and so extreme, that unorthodox and unparalleled measures must be adapted to "ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC" (SAVE THE 30 year old children!)

The Constitution of the United States of America was designed to withstand attacks from without as well as attacks from within. The internal attacks represent the gravest danger due to the fact that we are sleeping with our enemies, we trust them, their true colors are cloaked with deception, backed up with a controlled media and promulgated through churches, unions, organizations or any other method of reaching and controlling the masses.
The goal is not to physically destroy the United States of America but rather to destroy the United States of America as we know it, as it was designed to be. A free country with a strong foundation, built on a strong constitution with checks and balances to protect the people from the Government as well as outside enemies.
With the information age upon us, the past tactics used by the powers that be have been too hard to keep out of the spotlight. Gun control (a main need for them to achieve) became weaker, 401ks, were massing wealth for the common individual, entrepreneur spirit began replacing the 40 year work place and so on. Control of the masses is a requirement of the powers that be to bring about victory. Individual independence posses a threat and delays the time table. MORE SEVERE, SWIFT, DRASTIC MEASURES MUST BE APPLIED BY THOSE IN POWER ASAP. As we have seen in recent history, these measures are moving swiftly as I write.

The current administration has adapted a new method of attack on the important freedom of the right to bear arms. The constitution is so clear on this subject and time is running out on the octopus's plans to be put in place, therefore, if the cost of ammunition is increased by 1) creating a shortage and 2) taxing gun powder, the gun ownership can remain without the ability to acquire ammo.
FDR once said "In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way." He was in a good position to know. Political events, including most elections, were well thought out and executed with the same unified purpose in mind. FDR was correct...In politics, nothing happens by accident.
What you see (or think you see) is much a part of conditioning. You "see" what you are told over and over to be true by the media. For example, you never knew how many Ford Explorers there was until you or someone you knew purchased one. THEN you see them everywhere! That's much like "conditioning". You are actually being "brainwashed" to see things in a certain light, through a certain funnel. Over a period of time, that way of seeing things according to your conditioning becomes as real to you as your your as your breath. You are now officially BRAINWASHED by those powers that be, by the octopus. The tentacles have engulfed you.
Illusion
NOW, if you , or anyone tries to show you the reality of what is going on, tries to "wash your brain" of the indoctrination that took years to instill in you...YOU and those that expose the lies are now enemies of the octopus! You are now "brainwashed". You are deceived! You are part of a cult! Anytime you WASH THE CRAP out, you aquire a label from the 'octipus".
Systematic Approach
This tactic has been used over and over again with increasing rapidity, largly due to the information age bringing down the wall of secrecy designed to cloak these tactics as well as their methods of implementation.
There have been a few books written on the subject of a systematic approach to the undermining of our Constitution, for the sole purpose of greed and power, but one that stands above the rest is None Dare Call It Conspiracy . I would highly recommend reading NDCC. The authors of such publications have experienced the wrath of those that wish you to remain ignorant of these facts, resulting in the silent treatment first, hoping that they might not be noticed, defamation of character, financial attacks, twisted truths to flat out lies from the news media origionating from the government and those powers that be.
"NDCC (None Dare Call it Conspiricy) is an admirable job of amassing information to prove that communism is socialism and socialism (a plot to enslave the world) is not a movement of the downtrodden but a scheme supported and directed by the wealthiest of people.
If enough Americans read and act upon NDCC, they really can save the Republic from the conspirators — whose plans for the destruction of our country are galloping fast toward completion.

Never Waist a Crisis!
The current administration is a pattern of crisis after crisis. Are these crisis's orchestrated, or are they even real? It seems as the administration waits for the next one to occur in order to make some new laws or "doctor" the existing ones! We suddenly have an enormous crisis that is said would make the entire world collapse unless we "FIX" it. Then miraculously appears that's 1588 pages long, and counting, and supposedly nobody has read! Well, who in the hell wrote it then?
Do "they" expect us to believe that one person sat down one night in the beer garden of the White House and authored this massive document that covers almost every sector of our economy? When was the last time you wrote a 1600 page document with minute details. What about the wording? What about the legal issues? What about the resources and databases on all of the various agencies involved? What about the time frame that this bill was constructed in? And lets see, I wonder how many times this speed writer had to re-write a page or two? With all the sheets he must have thrown away along with the 1600 finished pages I know he must have had SOME help just to fetch more paper!
YES he had help! And furthermore, the bill had been in the works LONG before the so called "emergency" was shouted from the rooftop! Lets say that for almost a decade it was "allowed". I am speaking from a first hand point of view. Wonder what would happen if I kidnapped someone for hire, took them to a secluded location, tied them up, deprived them of sleep untill they agreed to agree with what I was saying to them. This actualy DID take place. It was done under the name of "deprogramming" sweetiPie, and the courts closed their eyes at it due to the "cult movement" (as they coined it) of the time. If you research "deprograming" you will find out that a man named "Patrick" started a business kidnapping people. Perhaps the law did not specifically say "kidnapping is legal", but the law was ignored. Its not a research issue but rather application of law issue, but I will edit that section to make it clearer in what I am saying.

What is sounds like to me is you had a dealing with some wacko who broke the law. Yes many people get away with crime, but as for deprogramming, how can he do that to you? Do you still believe what you believed before this event? If so, no one can touch your mind.
No, I didn't have to deal with a waco, but rather an "octopus" with far reaching tentacles that can mobilize a great many forces against its prey. My dad would not help with my college tuition, let alone pay an enterprise $20,000 to $30,000 to "kidnap" me! Hell, I could have hired someone to kidnap HIM, but I would still probably still be in prison.
However I saw this happen to people within my circle.
These incidents took place for several years till "one of our circle" brought it to an end after escaping from a desert location after being tricked into believing that he was going to his wedding rehearsal kidnapped, & taken to a desert location & tied to a bed for several days.
To make a long story short, as a captive, he was able to demobilize their vehicle & run for miles through the desert to freedom. His charges and lawsuit put finally put Patrick (the kidnapper extraordinaire) in prison and shut down the business.
BUT, that is only a SMALL piece ofthe big picture! That wasnt the first attack, nor was the LAST. More attacks led to a supreem court ruling. I am still editing the article and it is all related to then, AND NOW!

Joyce B. is a twenty-seven year old hare Krishna devotee who is married to another devotee. She was six months pregnant in January 1977 when she set out from her apartment to the Krishna temple nearby. On previous occasions, she had noticed that she was being followed on her walks and thoughts that she recognized members of a Christian group which had been heckling Hare Krishna devotees at the city's airport.
As she was entering the temple this January morning, a car pulled into the driveway. Four men were in the car. They said they had some questions to ask her and, as she approached, the rear door opened and she was told a gun was pointing at her and that she would be shot if she did not get into the car. She got in, was blindfolded, and was driven to a motel. According to Joyce B's signed affidavit, she was forced to disrobe and remain without clothing. She was beaten by the men. She was continually harassed day and night and was given only minimal amounts of food and sleep. She was forced to listen to tapes excoriating her religion.
She lost track of time, but estimates that, after two or three weeks of this ordeal, she was taken to some kind of boarding house where she and a young woman from the Unification Church were kept under guard for about five days. She was then taken to a house belonging to a family of Pentecostal Christians and was exhorted to accept the Pentecostal philosophy.
She persuaded her captors that she needed medical attention because of her advanced pregnancy and they took her to a hospital. From there she called her husband with whom she returned to the temple where she is now living.
Joyce B. was threatened with a worse fate if she returned to the Krishna religion. She expressed fear about taking any legal action against the people who held her, some of whom she said she could identify. After two months, she overcame her fear sufficiently to write an affidavit for use by her temple where others have been threatened with similar incidents. She is an orphan and has no near relatives. The apparent motive for the deprogramming attempt is that the Pentecostals saw she was pregnant and decided to save her soul and the baby's for Christ.
This group has seized other young people in order to convert them from their chosen religions to its particular beliefs. Its most frequent targets are members of the Unification Church and Hare Krishna devotees. The halfway house where Joyce B. was taken from the motel is used as a deprogramming center where several young people are held at the same time.
so what does this have to do with the constitution besides the fact that you put the preamble in here.

Kidnapping has never been "legal". As someone that studied history and government I must say you need to do a bit more research.
